Actually I like halves skill recharge of <attribute> (20%) with Health+30 better than <attribute>+1 (20%). I just hate the skin of this focus item, a Straw Effigy is just lame, where is the originality on that. The Wayward Wand is great looking. Anyone know how to draw can easily design straw effigy.

I was just saying it would be cool if they made a whole other set with +1 instead of health because i have characters that would benefit from the +1 instead of health like MM.

just cast Illusionary Weaponry and you'll get that effect while casting
